Metabolic Rate Test

A metabolic rate test is a 15-minute breath test. You sit still, breathe into a mouthpiece, and we get the number of calories your body burns at rest. That number is what every nutrition and training plan here is written from. $75, at our Long Island City and Manhattan offices.
