Overall I had a great experience. My only complaint was the delay in seeing the doctor, it happened to be an extra busy morning so that would explain it. The staff were extremely friendly. The receptionists were super helpful with checking me in and the nurses were very knowledgeable and very attentive. Dr. Manessis, besides being very nice and extremely easy to talk to and ask questions, was very thorough and clear during the exam. He made sure to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. The office contacted me with the results from my tests the next day, this is something that rarely happens in most offices/labs. All in all it was a very pleasant exoerience.

Dr. Lorcan is wonderful and listens and explains everything well. The front desk staff are also very helpful. I just wish I didn't have to come back for a separate visit for the ultrasound since that's another copayment. I know they try to avoid that but it can't be helped sometimes. That's the only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars.

Frankly Speaking, the Medical-Team of Dr.Menasses's Assistants, are marvellous and so cooperated, they never give up to instructing and advises me, they always trying to find out which is which of medications are suits my case, especially Drs. Maria , Paulina and recently Dr. Eman, their performance reflects how far they've the skills to treats their patients.
I would like to have this opportunity, to express my utmost satisfaction upon all of them and definitely Dr. Menasses who supervised the whole Patients .

Dr. Anastasios Manessis is excellent. He remembers when my sugars were in the 400's yearss ago. He, along with Maria Patruno, helped me get my a1c from 15.7 to 7.4.

I was in deep denial about the extent of the anorexia/orthorexia that was plaguing me for two and a half years when I found myself crying in the Nexendo office to Annabella at the front desk. She immediately connected me with Deanna Gallicchio, who saved my life.
Deanna has been by my side for four months now as I've tackled weight restoration, intensive outpatient treatment, and now maintenance at my healthy weight. She is so knowledgeable about dietetics and nutrition, I've made her explain over a thousand times how metabolism and calories work and why my body needs to be a certain weight to function properly. She is so patient, and SO knowledgable about dietetics, nutrition, hormones, and how the body actually works.
Thanks to my work with her, my cholesterol dropped 50 pts in three months, my thyroid levels went way up, my period came back, my hormones have stabilized. She has helped me both emotionally cope with accepting and caring for my body and also make concrete meal plans to make sure I'm getting all of the nutrients that I need.
I cannot recommend her highly enough and will be grateful to her forever.
