I was in deep denial about the extent of the anorexia/orthorexia that was plaguing me for two and a half years when I found myself crying in the Nexendo office to Annabella at the front desk. She immediately connected me with Deanna Gallicchio, who saved my life.
Deanna has been by my side for four months now as I've tackled weight restoration, intensive outpatient treatment, and now maintenance at my healthy weight. She is so knowledgeable about dietetics and nutrition, I've made her explain over a thousand times how metabolism and calories work and why my body needs to be a certain weight to function properly. She is so patient, and SO knowledgable about dietetics, nutrition, hormones, and how the body actually works.
Thanks to my work with her, my cholesterol dropped 50 pts in three months, my thyroid levels went way up, my period came back, my hormones have stabilized. She has helped me both emotionally cope with accepting and caring for my body and also make concrete meal plans to make sure I'm getting all of the nutrients that I need.
I cannot recommend her highly enough and will be grateful to her forever.

Deanna the registered dietician is absolutely phenomenal. I was nervous because I've made poor dietary choices over the years despite knowing better. She immediately puts you at ease. She is warm and non-judgmental. She takes her time and really listens to you. She's does a thorough assessment of what you eat, your patterns, and your lifestyle. She reinforced good choices I've made which was motivating. She helped me set attainable goals to begin my wellness journey. She reviewed a lot of helpful information with me. I learned quite a bit. Deanna gives you the tools you need to succeed. She sent me an email after my appointment that recapped everything we discussed. That was extremely helpful because we covered a lot. She told me I could email her with any questions. I'm looking forward to our next appointment.

Top notch service. Dimitri is very knowledgeable and patient. If you were looking for someone to coach and train you for strength endurance and mobility he is your man. I highly recommend him.

Dr Manessis is amazing…he takes the time to listen and he talks to you, not at you. He has an incredible bedside manner. The office staff is lovely as well. My daughters are patients and I can not recommend this practice more highly.
